CEdigital.com guarantees all items to be fully functional upon delivery, and we have an exchange policy on defective items.
CEdigital.com will
not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA
number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused!

- Requests must be made within 5 days from receipt of goods.
- Our policy is exchange only - we do not have a refund policy.
- CEdigital.com
will not refund shipping charges for any exchanges. All returned
merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, condition, and
include its original undamaged packaging, instructions, etc. Never ship
an item in its original manufacturers packaging unless we sent it to
you that way- it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other
adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back
to us.
- All
returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the
date the RMA is issued! Any returned items that do not follow the
guidelines listed above will be returned and no credits will be issued.
All
item descriptions detail a manufacturer warranty time period. After the 5 day window for direct return has expired, all sales are final, and
warranty is arranged directly through the manufacturer.
